So, for lunch, I ventured out to try their Turkey Grilled Panini with a side of Sweet Potato Fries and an appetizer of Fried Green Tomatoes. Don’t worry, I couldn’t eat it all by my self. I shared.
The Panini was picture-perfectly pressed, to lightly toast the bread yet enough to keep it soft. The cheddar and light layer of mayonnaise combined with a hearty portion of turkey was idyllic. The Fired Green Tomatoes were lightly battered, so you can actually taste the tomato, not over-seasoned and almost seemingly flash-fried to not over cook them and retain the reminder of a tomato off the vine. The Sweet Potato Fries on the side were similar to that of a steakhouse fry, seasoned with ground black pepper and salt. Overall, the meal was delicious, filling, and is highly recommended.
