The staff at Red Pepper Grill are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I can always smell the hints of fajitas, when entering the mall. They decided to serve up some favorites for Restaurant Week!
$20 Dinner: Fajitas with Chicken or steak for 2, with 1 dessert & 2 Soft Drinks
$10 Lunch: Oxford Special, chicken & shrimp over cheese and rice, with Dessert & Soft Drink
Their fajitas serve up tender pieces of chicken cooked with the flavors of bell peppers and onions, served up with sides of beans, rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, and soft tortillas to surround the flavorful fajitas. What I love most about fajitas are the bell peppers and the smoky flavor they emit.
The tortilla chips are thin and perfectly crisp, lightly salted, complimenting the well rounded cilantro flavor of the tomato salsa and its subtle heat.
Now, by now, you should know, dessert is my favorite part of a meal, and the Sopapillas did not disappoint. The fried flour tortillas with their buttery cinnamon flavor were beyond measure with their topping of ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
