“When the moon hits your eye…”

One thing about Covalli’s is that they know their audience. I enjoy going to eat and hearing signature Sinatra hits play subtly in the background while I indulge in carbs. This quaint Italian kitchen serves up traditional Italian cuisine. Normally I would ask for the Tuscany Bow Tie Pasta, which is AMAZING, but I decided to stick to the specials this time.
$30 Dinner: Dinner Bow Tie Pasta, Small Greek Salad, Appetizer of Fried Zucchini, 1 Tiramisu, & Glass of Chardonnay
$10 Lunch: Lasagna & Half an order of Garlic Cheese Bread
The lasagna was delicious with layers of light tomato sauce, italian sausage, generous portions of cheese dusted with herbs like oregano and basil, perfectly layered with soft noodles. The garlic bread wasn’t overwhelming, but perfectly light with the buttery garlic flavor.
To top it off, I could have ordered my favorite, the classic, Tiramisu, but I was too full. It so light a creamy, with the subtle flavor of coffee and chocolate, OH SO YUMMY!
Try it all at Covalli’s, with its warm family atmosphere! There isn’t a bad choice.
