“We” are the Chamber
August 18, 2014
At the Chamber, through collaboration and communication, we create a common synergy, and as Andrew Carnegie stated, “team work is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.” By working together for the betterment of our communities, good things happen. Aristotle once said “the sum is greater than the individual parts,” and together, we are more likely to succeed.
It’s less “me” and more “we.” When joining the Chamber, you are committing to your community to create an environment that allows our region to surpass limitations. With a common vision and shared responsibility, everyone begins to see how they can contribute, recognizing their potential and moving forward together toward progress and success.
You might have noticed the member spotlights in Work Week, spotlighting individuals who make the Chamber what is. Designed to represent the “we” movement, together, we are making a difference. During the next few months, you will be introduced to the faces of the Chamber – our partners – our Members.
You will see them on social media and featured in Work Week. You will learn their story and hear how their community involvement with the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce has advanced their business and impacted our community.
We are the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce – the largest Chamber in Central Alabama.
